I thought that it would be interesting to try and include typography in a carpet design to see how
the shapes of the letters can be used as graphic elements.The result is a contrasting combination of straight lines and the flowing curves of the text.The word \\\"lignes\\\" (\\\"lines\\\" in French) was chosen for its beautiful sonority and association with the concept.
